Privacy policy

What we store

Account records (identifier, recovery metadata, subscription and payment records), your anonymous public handle, encrypted content, and technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

What we cannot read

Private message content, vault items, notes, files, voice notes and their thumbnails are encrypted on your device. We hold ciphertext only.

Billing data

Payments are handled by our payment provider. We store invoice and subscription records, not card numbers, and billing details are kept separate from your public identity.

Retention and deletion

You can request deletion at any time from the app or the data deletion page. Encrypted content is removed on the published schedule; billing records are kept only as long as the law requires.
